About the Company

Based in the Dorset village of Broadmayne, near Dorchester, the company was incorporated in 1991 by Dr David Smart and specialises in software development and the new media using a network of software engineers in South West Dorset. We draw on the services of other software professionals, engineers and graphics designers to ensure the correct balance of skills. The company has particular strengths in the medical/dental, aviation and marine areas.

We can provide your company, organisation or club with web design services for the internet and the latest mobile phone WAP protocols. We also offer real time software development in-house or at the client's site. This can be at a fixed fee or consultancy rate.

Graduating from Glasgow University with a BSc in General Science, David was awarded a Ph D from Paisley College of Technology in 1985 for his studies of the physics and chemistry of materials. He subsequently worked in materials science research before moving into the field of real time and networked software.
